Women On Board promotes the appointment of women to Canadian corporate boards. We support a more competitive corporate Canada by linking companies with our valuable network of skilled and experienced women to serve on boards, and foster growth in the number of experienced, board-ready potential female directors.

Through a number of uniquely designed initiatives, including our flagship WomenOnBoard Mentoring Program, WomenOnBoard Source, and the WomenOnBoard Knowledge Series, we aim to:
  

develop a cadre of women to add to Canada's talent pool of potential female director candidates
  

facilitate the appointment of Women On Board mentees to Canadian corporate boards
  

reinforce the commitment of leading Canadian companies to having more women on boards
